    NEAR faces Wholesome Design Process taking care of 4 fundamentals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n


    SUSTAINABLE<\/strong>
    Because we implement passive strategies at first, which are related to the sun and to the shape and skin of the building. Aerothermal systems reinforced with photovoltaic panels and reduction of CO2 emissions complete the energetic formula. Filtering and reusing of water and centralized heating systems are meant to be our next challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


    HEALTHY<\/strong>
    Because we promote natural crossed ventilations as a must be solution and provide exterior spaces with generous terraces. And not only to aerify eventual future lockdowns, but mainly because we believe in how they improve our day-to-day health and well-being. We also prioritize the use of non-toxic materials such ecological paints and other certified materials. The use of antibacterial surfaces is the next topic to be implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Because we bet for open and flexible spaces that can evolve over time and make your home a multidimensional and multifunctional environment. We consider not only space and light in our proposals, but also time and variations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
